YOUR COMPLIMENTARY ASSESSMENT

THE PURPOSE: To provide both of us an opportunity to get to know one another, review your situation overall, explain our compensation model, and answer any questions you may have.

THE DELIVERABLE: If we both agree to move forward in our process, we will work with you to provide a no-cost and no-obligation retirement plan and tax evaluation. We will explain all the insights we have in your situation and offer a path forward before you pay for anything.

THE AUDIENCE: Because we are offering so much up front without a fee to provide the financial plan, we have to make sure we are well suited to serve you in your current situation. Our typical client is a high income earner with good saving habits who are most commonly over age 50 and have a net worth over $1,000,000 or anticipate being there in the next few years.

Our first step is a 30-minute video call that gives everyone a convenient opportunity to get to know one another.

WHAT IS THE ZIPPER METHOD?

Your financial world can be complicated - Investments, Taxes, Wills, Trusts, Insurance, Inflation, Businesses, People. Each of these pieces in a zipper chain need to not only stand on their own, but have to also work with the other pieces to function. We help people have fully functioning zippers.

STEP ONE - HAVE A CONVERSATION: 30-minute video call which provides us an opportunity to get to know one another and review your situation.

STEP TWO - GO ON A DATE: If we both agree that working together could make sense, the next step is taking the time to review a retirement plan that is identical to the one we will build for you. The only commitment you have to give is your time. It will offer the opportunity to take a sneak peak and see if the relationship is what you were looking for before having to provide any documents. This is done through an hour long video call.

STEP THREE - ANNOUNCE THE ENGAGEMENT: If you feel that our date went well and having a fully personalized financial plan would be worthwhile in your situation, we will then gather all relevant documentation and forms and put together your customized plan to review together on a video call. This is more intimate as we will ask for investment statements, tax returns, and social security information. At the end of this step, you will not only be able to walk away with a fully completed and complementary financial plan, but you will also have a full understanding of what it is to be a client.

STEP FOUR - CALL OFF THE WEDDING OR GET MARRIED: The final step in the process is to determine if we are a good fit long term. You are welcome to take the information we provide and to go anywhere you want or implement it yourself. You won't find any "gotchas" here. But if you found the experience to be worthwhile and enjoyable, we make becoming a client quite simple and normally entails just a few online document approvals to make the relationship official.
